The La Pavoni Cilindro is a super-grinder, designed for home users from the ground up.

It features stepless micrometric grind adjustment, silent grind technology, tinted bean hopper, anti-clumping technology and hardened steel burrs. Grind retention is low (<1g) because the right-sized burrs (50mm) allow for a compact grinding chamber. Timed dosing is accurate with shot to shot variance circa 0.1 g.
